Tish Johnson is a Licensed Real Estate Managing Broker who currently specializes in working with both buyers and sellers in the ‘South King County Commercial/Industrial investment markets. With extensive background in client relations and relationship management, Tish’s clients are offered a wide base of expertise in the market place. Her knowledge of real estate trends and the demographics of the region is an advantage for both sellers and buyers of commercial real estate.

Tish works as an advocate for her clients and is constantly researching property values and competitive rates. She focuses on identifying the challenges, strengths and weaknesses of an asset up front and advises clients on how to receive the best value from a real estate transaction: whether a clients is selling an asset or in the market to purchase new property. Teaming up with other professionals when needed, she is a proponent of building a team of experts.

Tish has a strong presence in the non-profit community and many years of experience working with “women owned” businesses. As a past recipient of the ‘Woman Entrepreneur of the Year’ award in Seattle, she has a proven track record of successfully owning and managing a business.

In the community, Tish has a high record of involvement. She was the Chair of the Board for: Sea-Dru-Nar Recycling, a 14-million-dollar a year not-for-profit company. She oversaw acquisition as well as dissolution of Sea-Dru-Nar’s properties and then was involved in the purchase for both the land on Marginal Way in South Seattle that was developed into a new paper recycling facility, and the acquisition of the retirement facility in Beverly Park that was renovated into a 130-bed treatment facility for people with drug addictions.

Prior to joining Seattle Commercial Real Estate, Tish was president and owner of Seattle Network, Inc., a real estate web and blogging site; and NT Group, Inc. a professional real estate printing firm. Her experience gained in the printing industry enables her to effectively manage the timelines, marketing and management of the commercial properties she now represents, always researching costs and selling prices to maximize the client’s investment and working efficiently to reduce transaction time.
